The College has a range of high quality resources and facilities to support the learning of students across the breadth of our teaching and learning program.
Box Hill Senior Secondary College has the following facilities:
- A Performing Arts Hall, complete with dance studio, a recording studio, general music classroom and instrumental music practice booths to support learning in Music and Performing Arts
- A Trade Training wing, complete with workshops that cater for Engineering, Building & Construction, Electronics, Horticulture & Landscaping, Metalwork, Woodwork, Electrical Systems and a Design Technology lab
- A Science/STEM wing, complete with individual laboratory spaces for Physics, Biology, Chemistry and General Science
- A double story Arts and Media wing, complete with a television and photographic studio, three Mac Media Labs, a Visual Design and Communication Studio, general purpose arts room, a fashion and fine art studio, five ceramic kilns and a Year 12 study area to support the variety of Arts and Media curriculum offerings undertaken
- A sports Gymnasium, with a cardio and recovery studio for physical education and Sports Academy student athletes to use
- A Sports Development wing, complete with a dance and performance studio, a strength and conditioning gym and three purpose ready classroom spaces
- A nine court tennis centre, complete with six hardcourts and three clay courts
- A further indoor/outdoor training space, “the Red Shed”, which allows for undercover activities to occur related to physical education and the Sports Academy
